company organized in Delaware with its principal place of business in Miami, Florida
(“Alex McFarland LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information
we collect through the website at marvelouscity.rio (the “Site”), how we use it, and your
choices. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address (and any name you
provide) to send you our newsletter. This is handled by our email provider, Kit. - Contact form / email: if you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and
the contents of your message.

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard
technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages
visited, referring page, and time on page — using cookies and similar technologies.

- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — to measure traffic and improve the Site.

The Site is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there.
